J. A.  (Palma, Spain, 1961)

Writer and journalist. He studied at the Escuela de Artes y Oficios de Palma, Mallorca, Spain, and in the one in Barcelona (Massana). He completed his training with the painter Xim Torrents Lladó at the Escuela Libre del Mediterráneo, Mallorca, and with Antonio Saura at the Círculo de Bellas Artes, Madrid. He also studied engraving with the master engraver Vicente Aznar and Fundación Pilar i Joan Miró of Mallorca

He worked for years with the Mallorcan gallerist Fran Reus, inaugurating exhibitions of his trips to Israel, Morocco and Nepal. In 2015, a series painted in Egypt during the Arab Spring opens in the Casal Solleric, in Palma, Mallorca.

In 2016 he exhibited together with Domingo Zapata in New York in Paddel 8. He has a wide and extensive artistic career.
