B. F. (ST-Just- La-Pendue, France, 1953)

Thanks to a mother painter and a father teacher of plastic arts, he was raised in an artistic environment and considers himself to be a self-taught artist.

A Student of Psychology in Bordeaux and Philosophy in Aix-en-Provence, France, he learned to draw in L’atelier Jean Piat, Périgueux, France. During his university studies he was involved with the counter-culture and the artistic protest movements of France. In 1997 he founded the Association of Artistic Forge of Marseille. In 2000 he moved to Mallorca.

For many years, the main focus of his artistic activity was painting. In 2012 he started a photographic course with Laurent Breillat and Marie-Laure Jacquart and, since 2013, he carries out his work through photography.
